What a Brand On Demand Event Costs
Most experiences begin with a total budget of approximately $5,000 or more, made up of two simple parts.
Part One
Event Experience Fee
$1,500–$2,000
For an activation at your location. Covers on-site production equipment, customization stations, #TagSwag production specialists, setup and breakdown, equipment transportation and pre-event planning.
A typical activation includes 2–5 machines and 2–5 team members. Hosting at the #TagSwag Swag Factory during normal business hours can reduce this fee.
Part Two
Merchandise Budget
$25–$50+ / guest
The merchandise your employees or guests take home. The easiest way to plan is to set a per-person budget and multiply it by your expected attendance.
Example
- 100 guests × $30 per person = $3,000 merchandise
- Event Experience Fee = $2,000

Product Planning Ranges
General ranges to help you plan. Final pricing depends on the garment, decoration method and level of customization.
On-Demand Pricing
Every piece is produced individually during a live experience, so merchandise is priced like single-unit webstore pricing rather than traditional bulk pricing.
You Own the Inventory
All merchandise committed to your event belongs to you. Anything not selected during the activation is finished with your approved artwork and delivered to you afterward.
Louisville & Surrounding Region
Our standard service area is Louisville and reasonable driving distance. Events beyond that region are reviewed individually and may include travel, lodging and freight.
